It's recommended to use the device for 3-5 minutes for the first time, and then increase the time according to your individual situation (feel comfortable and there is no obvious discomfort). The thickened latex foam inside provides more comfort.

The height of the device can be adjusted according to your individual height. The stainless steel buckles and fixed loops provide stronger and enough support. You can easily control the amount of traction to decompress the lower spine.
